Geerte Udo is known as a decisive connector with vision and a creative mind.

She was long-time CEO at amsterdam&partners, Amsterdam's public-private city branding and marketing agency. She has developed a holistic vision of placemaking, branding & marketing and since leaving CEO, she has been working as a consultant, speaker and director under the name Bureau Udo.

Ama Koranteng-Kumi is founder of Bloei & Groei, which started as a neighbourhood initiative in Zuidoost and has grown into a city-wide social organisation. With an innovative approach at the intersection of green, welfare and community, Bloei & Groei works on social impact in Amsterdam neighbourhoods. Ama also holds various supervisory and management positions in the cultural and social sector.

Simon Neefjes has long been active in the advertising world, including as CEO ofTBA/NEBOKO. He currently works as an investor/advisor and commissioner and occasionally as an interim. He is specifically interested in companies that combine impact making with commerce. Alongside this, he also commits himself socially by investing time and money. For example, he also sits on the Supervisory Board of the UMC Cancer Centre.
