Geerte Udo is known as a decisive connector with vision and a creative mind.

She was long-time CEO at amsterdam&partners, Amsterdam's public-private city branding and marketing agency. She has developed a holistic vision of placemaking, branding & marketing and since leaving CEO, she has been working as a consultant, speaker and director under the name Bureau Udo.

Ama Koranteng-Kumi is founder of Bloei & Groei, which started as a neighbourhood initiative in Zuidoost and has grown into a city-wide social organisation. With an innovative approach at the intersection of green, welfare and community, Bloei & Groei works on social impact in Amsterdam neighbourhoods. Ama also holds various supervisory and management positions in the cultural and social sector.

Simon Neefjes has had a long career in the advertising world, including as CEO of TBWA\NEBOKO. He currently works as an investor/advisor and board member, and sometimes on an interim basis. He is particularly interested in companies that combine impact with commerce. He is also involved in social causes, investing both time and money. For instance, he sits on the Supervisory Board of the UMC Cancer Center.
