Welcome as a friend of the Nieuw Amsterdams Verbond. Please find the application form below.

With a personal,* annual contribution of at least €1,000 (for a period of 5 years), you directly support social initiatives that strengthen the liveability of Amsterdam in the areas of health, education, equity and livelihood.

The Nieuw Amsterdams Verbond has ANBI status. With a multi-year donation agreement (for a minimum of 5 years), you can deduct the full amount from your taxes. Your full contribution goes towards strengthening the initiatives and is not used for the Alliance's organisational costs.

As a Friend, you receive:
- our newsletter, with updates on the initiatives you support;
- An invitation to one inspiring networking event a year, together with Amsterdammers who, like you, want to make a difference.
*Friending can only be done as an individual not as an organisation.
