On 27 October 2025, Amsterdam will be 750 years old. And we will celebrate it. During the national celebration, the Nieuw Amsterdams Verbond will be presented as a lasting gift to the city. Prior to the national television broadcast in honour of the anniversary, a short film will be presented to guests in a tent on the Museumplein, featuring some examples of our social allies. Mayor Halsema will respond to the short film and speak about the importance of the Nieuw Amsterdams Verbond. We will also present the first Nieuw Amsterdams Verbond magazine on that day, so keep an eye on this website!

During the ALV van het Nieuw Amsterdams Verbond nodigen we alle leden en Vrienden uit om samen te vieren wat we tot nu bereikt hebben en met elkaar vooruitblikken. Burgemeester Femke Halsema zal ook aanwezig zijn om de behaalde resultaten tot nu te vieren.

Sociale initiatieven en bedrijven vinden elkaar niet altijd vanzelf. Toch ontstaan de beste ideeën juist wanneer mensen uit verschillende werelden samenkomen.
Daarom organiseren we met Mensen Maken Amsterdam and amsterdam&partners op 20 juni van 12.00 tot 14.00 uur een Maatschappelijke Beursvloer tijdens 24H Nieuw-West.
Tijdens deze gratis lunchsessie brengen we ondernemers, bedrijven, maatschappelijke organisaties en bewonersinitiatieven samen om elkaar verder te helpen. Geen deals met geld, maar met tijd, kennis, materialen, expertise, ruimte en netwerken.
